Hey everyone! I think it’s time for an update!

This week has been a whirlwind, MOSTLY because the boys & I got to see PARAMORE live! It was such an awesome show, and I’m pretty sure Hayley and I made eye contact a couple times *I’m totally fan-girl-ing inside*! We wanted to take the time to say that it was so awesome seeing so many familiar faces at the show. It’s so cool that so many people can be brought together under the umbrella of music.

On the topic of music, we’ve been crazy busy over here at the Crystalyne camp cooking up some exciting stuff for the summer! As some of you may know, we’ve already announced a few festival shows, including S.C.E.N.E. Fest (June 9th) &Burlington Sound of Music (June 15th).

WELLLLL, stayed tuned, because on MONDAY MAY 20TH, we’ve got a big announcement that you won’t want to miss!

*HINT* It’s in regards to some new material ;)

Off Time Randomness

Hey everyone, Marissa here.

It’s been a super long time since we’ve done any updating for this website, so here I am! I figured just because we’re taking some time off of touring doesn’t mean we’re dead, right??

Between all of the writing and planning we’ve been doing, we’ve all been crazy busy. I, for one, took this past weekend as an opportunity to unwind from my hectic-ness, and do some retail therapy (yes, I am a shop-a-holic. Sue me). I picked up a ton of new clothes from the mall, but can’t wear a damn thing because it’s so cold outside (*summer come faster*), ate fondue, AND I grabbed these sweet magazines with featured articles about Paramore.

Speaking of Paramore, the Crystalyne camp was pretty stoked about the fact that their new record came out today. My favourite songs off the record are Fast in my Car (since I’m always in a moving vehicle), Part II, Last Hope, & Future. I was pretty surprised with the crazy diversity of sound on this release, but I’m pretty into the new direction. Every band has to grow, and I think this was a really cool way for Paramore to develop as a band. This record has definitely inspired us to write a decent amount of songs quickly so we can share them with you all soon!

PS, thank you to everyone that has come to our live shows recently and heard our two new tracks “Anchor” & “Secret”!
